Terms of Use for DoctiproPurposeThese Terms of Use ("TOU") define the terms of access and use of the Doctipro platform, available to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, medical secretaries, etc.) and patients.Services OfferedDoctipro is a SaaS platform that allows:• Patient record management.• Online appointment scheduling.• Billing for medical procedures.• Access to various services related to medical practice.• Secure messaging between professionals and patients.• Teleconsultation.• Management of medical prescriptions.• Tracking of treatments and medical history.• Management of patient informed consents.Access to the PlatformAccess to Doctipro is reserved for duly registered users. Each user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Access may be suspended in case of non-compliance with the TOU.Registration and User Account• Healthcare professionals: Registration based on validated professional identification.• Patients: Registration via personal identification.• Account Management: Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and must not share them.• By registering, the patient agrees that their identity and medical information may be shared between healthcare professionals using Doctipro to ensure the management and tracking of their medical record.• The patient can at any time exercise their rights to access, rectify, and delete their information in accordance with applicable regulations.User ObligationsUsers agree to:• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.• Respect the confidentiality of the information they access.• Not use Doctipro for fraudulent or illegal purposes.• Not attempt to access other users' information without authorization.Responsibility of DoctiproDoctipro commits to ensuring the availability of services under an obligation of means. The platform cannot be held responsible in case of:• Non-compliance with legal obligations by users.• Failures related to third parties (e.g., Internet service providers).• Intrusions or external attacks not attributable to Doctipro.• Loss or alteration of data resulting from non-compliant use of the platform.Protection of Personal DataDoctipro processes users' personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Luxembourg data protection regulations. Doctipro implements the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.• The collected data is securely stored and is only accessible to authorized personnel.• Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.• Patient information is shared only with professionals authorized to consult it as part of medical management.Intellectual PropertyAll content on Doctipro (texts, logos, images, source code) is the exclusive property of Doctipro and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.• Any unauthorized use of platform elements may result in legal action.TerminationDoctipro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these TOU, fraudulent use, or non-compliance with contractual obligations.• The user may also request the deletion of their account at any time via the platform interface or by contacting support.Applicable Law and JurisdictionThese TOU are governed by Luxembourg law.
